To better understand the Oakland Domiciliary Care system within the Pittsburgh Community Human Services, we researched both the hierarchical structures of these two services and the individual’s admittance process into the housing program specifically. After exchanging phone calls with providers at CHS and reading through their online materials, we structured our gathered information into a clear one-page graphic, showing a high-level overview of each semi-contained system and their relationships to each other.
